Welcome to the home page for BGA's Strategic Plan
As the BGA continues to grow and evolve we realized that we need to take a moment and evaluate where we are headed in the future. This year BGA embarked on the development of its first ever strategic plan. The goal of the plan is lay out a frame work of where we see the organization going and how we will get there. The greatest benefit of this process is that it forced us to take a critical look at who we are. This look shed light on issues and concerns of our members that haven’t been addressed fully in the past. With this knowledge and input from various constituents outside of the organization we have crafted a draft of this plan. We hope that this plan when approved by the membership will serve as a guide and provide a continuous vision for the organization as we move forward.
