How long have you been a member of the BGA?  This is my first semester.
How has the BGA been instrumental in your graduate career? 

What three words (or phrases) would you use to describe the BGA? Supportive, Engaged, Informative

How did you find out about the BGA? Graduate Students Carla Glosson and Natasha Sutton

How has BGA grown since last year? If you are a first year student, what do you think that you can contribute the BGA? I will be another motivated student with the aims of promoting fellowship to members of the BGA as well as the campus at large.

What is your lifelong dream? Provide my nieces and nephews a stable structure to pursue their goals and know that the sky is the limit for them.

Who were the most influential people in your life? My Brothers, Sister, and Nieces and Nephews have been the most influential people in my life. They continue to support me in all of my endeavors and provide me with a reason to work hard each day.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words? Tranquil, Amicable, Carefree

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Professor of Latin American History with a focus on people of African Descent.

What is one thing in life you must have? Success in any and every activity and pursuit I involve myself in despite how difficult the challenge may be.

Why did you decide to come to Purdue and what do you like most about the University thus far? I chose Purdue because it is close to my family and my visit. The people on the campus, especially the BGA, have been helpful as I have made the transition to a new school.
